About The Firm

Bill Sandrick is a respected attorney with more than 20 years of exclusive practice in property tax and assessment law. Bill formed Sandrick Law Firm in 1997 and is dedicated to providing business owners and real estate investors with first class property tax representation. We often say: “When you have an office downtown, you tend to stay downtown and never develop an understanding of how property taxes impact the diverse commercial and industrial real estate markets in Cook County.” Understanding how property taxes and market values are linked, particularly in the south and southwest suburbs, is Bill’s first step in providing the type of representation you need to find relief for overtaxed property.
