Bill Sandrick is a respected attorney with over 20 years of exclusive practice in property tax and assessment law. Bill formed Sandrick Law Firm in 1997 and is dedicated to providing small to mid-size businesses and real estate investors with first class property tax representation. We often say that “when you have an office downtown, you tend to stay downtown and never develop a understanding of how property taxes impact the diverse commercial and industrial real estate markets in Cook County”. Developing the understanding of how property taxes and market values are linked, particularly in the south and southwest suburbs, is the first step to providing the type of representation needed to help overtaxed property.
Bill is a 1988 graduate of Butler University and a 1991 graduate of IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law He is active in numerous chambers of commerce, including the Chicago Southland Chamber, and has spoken in various seminars. He lives in Hammond, Indiana with his wife Leanne and their two sons Matthew and Joseph (and black lab Homer!)
